As the Director of the only nationally affiliated student-run firm in Washington, I manage a team of 13 Account Executives and their prospective clients, as well as 40 Junior Account Executives. Responsibilities include client relations, team and human resource management, and organizational development.

As an Advanced Store Trained Barista, I facilitated inventory management, staff management, store promotions, and brand management. As a Certified Barista Trainer, I trained and coached incoming baristas on the Starbucks standard and brand.
