Bateman
PRSSA Bateman Competition
​
Bateman is a national case study competition for public relations students. The competition gives students the opportunity to apply learned skills and experiences to a public relations campaign.
Each year a different organization partners with PRSSA and becomes the "client" for all teams participating in the competition. This year's client was Home Matters®, a national non-profit working to raise awareness on the topic of quality, affordable housing.
Free Press
Freedom of the Press|First Amendment

My junior year of college I took a class about the First Amendment rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States.
I took an interest in the First Amendment right to Freedom of the Press. Here, I have included a video presentation I created using Adobe Premiere Pro for a class project.
The project included surveying CWU students and Daily Record reporter, Andy Materrese, on the subject of free press.
